Small Business Productivity With LastPass
Small business productivity is perhaps one of the most important aspects to business success. In fact, the more productive you are, the more high paying activities you’re able to do which brings in more revenue.
It’s for that reason that I’ve decided to create a series of small business productivity tips videos to help you get more done in less time.
Your First Small Business Productivity Tip
The first of these tips is a tool that I personally use and love called LastPass. LastPass allows you to easily remember all your passwords that you use on the internet in one simple place. In fact, if you can remember one password, you’ll now be able to access them all in just a few clicks.
Here’s how it works.
First, download LastPass from the website and it installs on your internet browner whether you use Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari or even Chrome.
Then set up your master password which allows you to unlock all your other passwords so it keeps them all secure.
Now, go to any website that uses a login feature and you can save your user information and password so LastPass remembers it for you next time you visit the site. It works great.
If you’re more advanced, you can set up profiles as well which automatically fills in forms with pre-configured personal information so you can save even more time than you would otherwise.
